At Powers Properties each unit is fully owned & maintained by our team, which means that we have full control over every unit & we can tackle any issue (maintenance, emergency etc.) that comes up in a reasonable timeframe (24-48 hours). Compare this to fully furnished apartments that are subleased or hotels & how slow maintenance issues could be resolved. We understand the importance of creating a pleasurable and worry-free temporary living experience, and everything we do is with each guest’s comfort in mind.

This is an amazing property. The property is spacious with two entrances and private parking. It is close to all the major hospitals in downtown Knoxville and 20 minutes away from Parkwest Medical Center. J and M are magnificent proprietors with a great sense of humor. They touch base with you and fulfill your needs once identified. The washing machine broke down during my stay and it was replaced in 48 hours. They installed an additional electrical outlet and pathway lighting when told the new front stairwell was too dark. The photos provided are true to what the property has to offer: a full functioning kitchen and a bath, private bedroom with a queen size bed and spacious storage, washer and dryer, internet, and Smart TV. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to reside. I will stay here again if I accept another contract in the area if the space is available.
